We strive to provide high-quality digital products and excellent customer support. However, because our products are digital in nature, can be instantly delivered, copied, altered, kept indefinitely, and used for life by the customer, all sales of Digital Products are generally final.

2. Digital Products – No Refunds Policy
All sales of Digital Products (including but not limited to AI agents, tools, scripts, templates, playbooks, PDFs, courses, license keys, datasets, and any other downloadable or access-granted items) are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once any of the following occurs:
• The product has been downloaded or the license key/access has been delivered
• Access to the product or service has been granted
• The product has been used, altered, modified, or integrated into any of your projects or systems
Because these products can be kept and used for life, and because we cannot retrieve or revoke value once it has been consumed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or after the product has been accessed or used.
